l am the policy holder of a domestic and general insurance on a hot point cooker which is just over 1 year old
The fan has stopped working on the oven-simple enough repair,you may think ?
That may be so,but upon contacting the insurance provider ,l am informed that repairs are only available on a Tuesday or Thursday , so l now have a cooker ,fully insured , that cannot be repaired as l am unable to be available on the only two days that are available to me
l would not advise anyone to purchase this plan as the restrictions on it are so great that it is completely useless to anyone who works
