Very unprofessional company. Came to repair a washing machine, worked once then broke down again. Always said they would phone before they came never did. I had to get my own company to write the machine off. Cancelled the policy then they phoned to try and sell to me again. To top it all cancelled all the direct debits and they still take them. Avoid at all costs.
