this is twice ive had to wait for a new range cooker from insurance this time 6 month old cooker had to be replaced due to grill over heated and glass door shattered been switched off three hours later cannont get parts or the r1000gt stove sterling cooker costing around £1400 twice ive paid delivery twice ive had to pay gas fitting charges twice but guess what woo hoo cooker arrived today and its only the same one they cannot supply parts for omg now im at screaming point cost us fortune on take aways and phone calls chasing this for 9 weeks and still no further forward
