Please avoid this company at all costs.
I have had numerous repairs and call outs all at incredibly inconvenient times that i have begged and pleaded for members of my family to be home for.
The problem is that their time slots are very limited and they can only book you out for day long repair visits (although they do go to great lengths to let you know that the day before they send you a text detailing ETA. Not a great deal of warning and completely unacceptable as I teach and cannot just book a day off for a repair visit. Totally frustrated with a grand total of 8 visits for one dishwasher since February 2016.Just about to ditch them and try another company. Avoiding Hotpoint products and anything Domestic and General from now on. Had much better cheaper products.
