We called them on Monday 18/04/16 and arranged for our Bosch Dishwasher to be repaired after it started leaking, they booked us for Thursday21/04. The call out time was set for 11:00 - 15:00 and the engineer arrived at 12:30. He stripped the door and proclaimed he'd found the leak ...but didn't have the part on his van, so would have to order it. He did this and arranged to return on Monday to fit the part. Monday at approx 12:15 a different engineer arrived to fit the part, he stripped the door back and proclaimed the new part was broken and he would have to order a replacement - He said he'd order 3 just in case one might be broken again. He arranged to come back today 27/04. A third engineer arrived at 12:30 and asked what the problem was, I told him and he said "I think I've seen that part on the van" - don't these people talk to their staff? He came back inside after searching for 5 minutes with two parts in flimsy boxes and proclaimed they were both broken.

I told him not to bother asking me to arrange another appointment. I've also asked my wife to demand they set an evening appointment (we both work) or ask policy refund, as it hasn't yet been of any use to us yet. That's 3 days wasted and I refuse to adjust my week for these people again.

Worse than worthless, they end up costing you more than just the cost of the insurance policy.
