Had to wait 3weeks for the engineer to come.
He said that the model on the insurance policy is different from that of the actual cooker.
He ordered the necessary part and booked for another week later.
Called to say that he could not get the part, would need to order it again and would get back to me.

Still waiting with a broken oven door!

Never had such poor service from an insurance company and would definitely never recommend them.
