Won't bore you with the detail as I'm bored with it myself but basically our policy was useless and we cancelled when our fridge freezer couldn't be fixed as agreed when we took out the contract. Three months down the line I'm still having to speak to them and a debt collecting company they instructed to chase close to £200 they said I owed them. They have said I don't owe the money for me to still recieve letters. Shoddy is an understatment from start to finish. Oh and their offer to repair our fridge freezer would have involved us waiting 5 months for a part!
