THANKYOU DOMESTIC GENERAL,for spoiling our family easter weekend.be aware customers,any breakdowns with your appliances,you will be waiting for two weeks at least.this is because of the way the breakdown service is ran.no;1 engineer arrives at your home with transit van and computer in hand,checks appliance,needs new part.week one,week two and may be longer for spare part to arrive and be installed,this doest insure your appliance will be fixed,by the way it appears that even the basics are not carried in the service van.after almost twenty years on and off covering varios appliances,and now understanding their breakdown procedure,i will not concider any breakdown cover with this company.
