I have been trying to get an oven fixed. So far I have had 5 appointments (the 5th cancelled the day before the appointment) Each engineer has diagnosed a different problem. I waited 5 hours for the first engineer to arrive only to be told it was the element and he didn't have a spare. The second said it was not the element but another part which he did not have. The third.....well you get the idea.
I have now after many phone calls, time taken off work etc, been offered a new oven (which I cannot find online so it may be discontinued) and I have to find my own electrician to disconnect and reconnect the new oven. Pay for delivery & removal of the existing oven.The whole idea of this policy is not to have to pay if something goes wrong. My advice is steer clear.
