The oven which is 13 months old has failed phoned them up to be told it would take 2 weeks to get someone out they arrived to be told they don't carry the part required and they would have to order one but it takes 7 days I have phoned them again today to say the part should be here by Friday at that point the engineer will phone to arrange to fix it

So three weeks on I still haven't got a working oven or grill avoid these people at all costs
