Our cooker broke down, they have offered to repair in eleven days time, what do they expect us to do? Eat takeaways, eat out? Will they reimburse us? I don't think so! It took a considerable time to get through on the phone, very expensive 0844 number. The insurance is a waste of time I recommend DSG retail who we have our other appliances insured with and they are very reliable and quick. I won't be renewing this policy with D&G !! Why insure with them when they offer such a poor service. They promised to phone me back but never did. I am absolutely astounded they think is a service. This is the best, one of their advisors asked if I wished to insure other appliances with them, what a joke!
