I have been with D&G for 5 years now and can honestly say I have always been given an excellent service. My latest problem was a 3 1/2 year old fridge freezer. An initial repair 2 months ago by Hotpoint fixed it temporarily but it packed up again. The Hotpoint engineer wrote it off and within a few hours D&G were in touch to confirm a like for like replacement. In fact as my model was out of stock I was upgraded at no extra charge. Yes I had to pay a delivery charge of £19.99 but as my insurance premiums are going down by £2 per month I have not lost a penny, plus I only have to pay the premium for 12 months and then no more for 2 years. As the fridge was out of warranty I think that I have got a good deal and will continue using D&G.
