I rang twice and emailed on May 22 '17 to tell DD that l would not be entering into a second contract with them and completed payments for a one year contract. Out of the blue DD have sent a threatening letter asking for a large penalty charge saying l withdrew from a contract they received full payments for, 8 days early and they are now lookin to take me to court if l don't pay this trumped up fine.
I have the evidence and can prove it's a dodgy company. I have forwarded the complaint to the financial ombudsman to hopefully stop this kind of behavior from DD.
