I called today on the 8th november to purchase house insurance today he was so
helpfull and explained everything about my policy.
i needed to get more info so i called back then spoke to a lady, continued to give the same excellent service aron did.
This is my first policy with dial direct and because of the service i can see me taking my carinsurance with them when it matures.
Well done it was like talking to old friends so easy to talk to (no hard sell) just good old customer service like it used to be.
WELL DONE DIAL DIRECT...!!
