DISGUSTING IS HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE DIAL DIRECT, for sending me a renewel of £408. i have just gone toa comparison site and with one of the top insurers with all the trimmings for £185.. As for their letter saying WE WILL RENEW YOUR INSURANCE taking payment without my consent and no way for me to tell them i am not going to renew other than phone a 0844 number for probably 20minutes + just to say no insurer covers you for more and we offer a good service. there should be provision on the self service internet site to inform dialdirect of not renewing... wrong and Richard Turpin tactics.
