I would not recommend anybody take a policy with castle cover insurance. I started a policy paid the full annual payment then the fun started!! I couldn't set up online account to get my documents, turned out they had given me the wrong reference number so after 1st phone call got right number. Then the link they sent me to activate the account didn't work so then came phone call NO2 to get new link sent. Then i uploaded proof of no claims got no confirmation from them for 2 days, so then came phone call no3. I was told no claims proof was fine only to get phone call next day telling me there was a problem with the proof i had uploaded. Then when i said i had made call & received email telling me the no claims proof had been accepted I was told oh yes everything is fine. Then came trying to print my insurance certificate but no sign of that on my account so then came call no4 which i was told my certificate would show online on the start date of my policy. That day came & went still no certificate so call no5 was made, i was told it would be emailed to me in a few hours I did get email but only saying welcome to castle cover not my insurance cerificate which i had pacificly requested. So call no6 was made first thing next morning where I requested to speak to management only to be told no managers in call centre that day. The adviser then told me somebody there end had made a mistake & HAD NOT confirmed the no claims proof which was why my documents were not showing online. An hour later & 1 tick in a box & hey presto I had my cerificate of motor insurance. THIS TOOK 14 DAYS IN ALL & 6 PHONE CALL! AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I will never use castle cover again. There web site say Hassle free start to finish. I WOULD NOT EXACTLY AGREE WITH THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
