I paid for house insurance with this company for my mum she then had a phone call to say it hadn't been paid she then paid again. I then was on the phone for over one and half hours trying to get my money back, they have said they hadn't received payment but its on my credit card statement I have had to pay for that and go to another company to get my insurance so I have paid twice for it. I would not have given any stars if I could have. They have been no help and as far as I am concerned they have stolen money from me and wasted my time trying without success to sort it out.
