Budget by name, and I have found out that they are budget by nature. They do not provide full versions of your policy documents unless you select auto-renewal, or so they say. Check your's!!!! If the policy has sections of cover (i.e. Section 1, Section2 etc), check that there is a section that explains what they relate to. If there isn't then they must provide this by law. Ask for it, you are entitled to it by law. If you do not get any joy, contact the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and report it. They can be fined for failing to provide them.
If you haven't got Insurance or anything else from them yet, well there is still time to find someone else. I suggest you find another company.

Hello, I added my review after contacting your Customer Service team several times on this, and I also have an email from yourself stating the same, but missing the main point, which is, that the version you have online, in the Self Service Centre, does not explain the full list of what the "clauses" relate to. It says "Clause 1,2,3,4,9,11, &12" apply (example only) but it does not show or explain what they are. In the end I wrote to your Customer Service Director, and the FCA as you failed to give me the information for over two months. I also lodged a formal complaint.
I received an apology from your Director, who explained that "Customers who do not select auto renewal get an abbreviated version of their documents online." He also said that "We will be changing this so that all Customers get that same, unabbreviated documents in future. If this isn't happening, please let me know so that I can bring this up with the FCA as a breach in not supplying full legal paperwork to your Customers.
(By the way... your email was either rude, arrogant, or you need more training on Customer Service skills, that's why I went to your Director!).
