keep away from them - home insurance .... what a joke."

I recently made communication regarding an issue , and requested advice, not intending to make a claim, but may take that route should it be necessary. I spent over two hours between 13 members of staff , who simply passed me on to another person and so on. They are useless in every sense od the word from a contact to actually listening to what has been asked, as it was an o844 number , m bill was about £10 . The calls made over the entire two hours on and on were to say the least like sticking jelly to a ceiling. My advice to B /Bingley is to sack the incompetent lot currently in place and start at the top. There is no way this BROKER, yes they are only a broker in the real sense. They should NOT be allowed to operate on behalf of "legal and general insurance"
It appears that know looking at their review record many people have given this lot a 1 star. (terrible) I would go one further Minus -5 and not worth being insured with. Be well warned and look elsewhere.
