Overall I am happy with the service, but one thing is missing, easy contact for existing customers. Why do you insist on an 0844 number?
I am also unhappy that your Change of Details form does not allow for us not having a House Number. Why? We live on a boat and moor in a marina. How can we possibly have a house number?
As a consequence I am now obliged to telephone you with my mobile at the extra rate that an 0844 number commands. And all because I don't want you communicating with me via our old address at Mercia Marina in Derbyshire.
Every thing could have been made so much simpler had you included an email address. So, Bradford and Bingley, please make life easy for you existing customers. Don't be like BT, Virgin et al.
