Had a car stolen which was insured with Amlin and I have to say they are very difficult to deal with at an already stressful time.
Time taken to inspect the vehicle......3 days
No of days to then report on findings 4 days
I have had to ring the engineers to find out it was a total loss as they didn't even have the report back after 4 days.
Worst points are
Lack of communication if I don't ring them they would never contact me
Time taken to carry out any tasks.....is way to long!!
At a time when you need quick answers they drag their heels.....I feel like they are taking the pee
