Treated Appallingly

We have had our house, cars, school and healthcare insurance with AXA for over 10 years and never made a claim on the house. We took out extra insurance for valuables (of which we have very little) and they are refuting our claim for my watch that was stolen off my wrist.

They have Police Reports, they have proof of service receipts of the watch, they have extensive details on my efforts of recovery and reward offered, it is even on cctv of the incident. They are now even questioning the value - Hello AXA - The Internet is a wonderful source of information.

We have had many incidents where we could have claimed on the house insurance but never bothered because we would only ever use it for serious incidents.

It has now been 3 months and it is not even possible to speak to AXA, it has to be done through the Broker, I have even sent an email to the CEO of which I have had no reply.

They have agreed and taken our premiums for so many years, I shudder to think what would happen if we had a serious claim. Am changing to a company that has morals.
