I have only been using my Vibropower disc for three weeks and I am seeing great results. Its easy to use. 10 minutes 3 times a day, can be fitted into anyone's busy life. I feel much fitter and my legs are so firm and strong now, I can also feel my core muscles tightening. Thankyou Ideal World for bringing us the marvelous machine. The best £250 I ever spent.
