only done my first week but have to say meals have all been great. the soups are delicious and the manin meals are more than adequate. i added a tad more salt to somethings, but it's easier to add than take away. it is a little expensive and discounts only seem to be on bespoke plans, not select, but on the whole very pleased - oh and i have lost weight!

Chicken was dry and the sauces bland without any noticeable seasoning. Salmon was overcooked (I gave up and fed it to the cats), a couple of containers were broken making their contents inedible with an oriental dressing all over everything when I opened the box. I did have a nice bolognaise, although I added my own extra few cherry tomatoes to add some flavour. The mango was unripe (and consequently thrown away) although the pineapple was yummy. I ate probably half of the food just to keep myself from starving, (and determination to try this out) so, yes, I lost weight, however not in any way I would recommend! For the price I would say save it and head to Marks and Spencer, it's well worth taking some of your own time to ensure you actually have something you want to eat.
