As many others, I ordered my wallpaper (which means I paid about 68 pound lost forever) and never get any answer to my multiple phone calls, emails... I still have my "account" on their platform, a fake one indeed, with order reference and all but I never received the wallpaper, it`s been more than two months now. I`d be glad to see them shut down for good. If you can suggest some actions, I`d be glad to proceed against these people.

Charlatans and vagabonds. They don't answer the telephone. They don't respond to voice messages. They don't respond to emails. Thank goodness for our credit card people (top job American Express) otherwise we would have been out £230 and Wallpapers of Distinction would have been free to sell our three rolls of returned wallpaper again - which of course they still are.

Ordered wallpaper without reading reviews unfortunately. When it didn't come, and the company failed to answer any messages, or even pick up the phone, I investigated and found numerous similar stories. They only pick up the phone when you dial from a different number, presumably in the hope of 'selling' more wallpaper. Excuses were made, exactly as for others. When I said I now wished to cancel, he agreed straightaway, no quibbling. But of course, no refund was forthcoming, so had to hand matters over to credit card company.

The order has failed to arrive, but payment has been taken. No emails or phone calls have been answered. The only email I have is the acknowledgement of the order initially where all seems good. This company fails to deliver on so many levels. I am thankful I only ordered one roll of paper - but that is still £45 down. I wish like others I had looked at other reviews first. I have reported the company to Nottingham Trading Standards.

Okay. This shop couldn't wait to seemingly go out of their way to get wallpaper delivered to me as an express delivery. The wallpaper never arrived. When I finally managed to make contact, the seemingly affable and plausible man on the phone went to investigate, said they'd forgotten to put in the courier express option which was vital to me and which they'd offered in the first place to secure my order and I still haven't received the wallpaper 3 weeks later.

Going bust I feel. Trading Standards will be investigating and my credit card company will sort out.

This is a diabolical company, not be be trusted at all. I ordered wallpaper which is never dispatched, even after months! You can send as many emails as you like but don't expect a reply to them. Of course you can leave many messages on the voice mail but of course they never answer the phone or return your call. If you intend to use this company, then please ensure you walk into the shop and have the product in your hand before handing over your money...

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a roll of paper and paid £42 for it in February. I'm still waiting for the wallpaper, despite chase-up emails (which were never responded to) and phone calls. I was told that the paper had already been sent and, later, that another roll would be sent to a local shop where I could pick it up. However, it's now 8th April and no sign of the wallpaper. I now can't get through by phone and no answer to messages.

Needed the wallpaper for guests. Arrived quickly. Thank you.

Waited 3 weeks for 1 roll still no sign so cancelled the order

**BEWARE** Over the past 3 weeks I was nearly a victim of a sham by this company, I ordered £130 worth of wallpaper online showing as in stock and 3-5 days delivery. The goods where never delivered after over 3 weeks, they never answered the phone, responded to any emails or voicemails. After a lot of persistence got the the director on the phone, promised he had ordered my goods from the supplier, and will be with me the following week, they never came, finally tracked him down again after 3 days of non stop calls, he regurgitated the same lie. I rang his supplier and they tell me they have received no orders from them and that many people have called with the same issue. They are a SHAM they take money and never deliver goods.
