Ordered a mug for a secret santa gift to a child before Christmas and eventually it arrived over a week later than promised and it was completely the wrong character. I figured no problem, easy to make mistakes at such a busy time but when I called they had already closed for Christmas. I emailed and never got a reply then I emailed 13 more times including via Facebook as they were clearly active in there advertising themselves but couldn't simply reply to an email or even if they couldn't be bothered to reply, just send the correct mug out! Nope nothing. I the. Get blocked by them on Facebook and they then lied to my friend saying "they always reply to customers" erm ok so why on earth have you blocked me??? They finally replied tonight saying they issued a refund but conveniently didn't think to tell me, the customer, this! I've still not received a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID esiecusly if you have a child waiting on something that you promised them!!!

Having just had a new born baby we ordered a Peter Pan decal for his nursery £36 this company took payment but never delivered I have tried numerous times to ring can't leave a voicemail. Messaged them on Facebook they have read my messages but don't bother getting back to me. Sent them a photo of the order day it's. Please don't use this company. They shouldn't be trading you will lose your money.

I ordered a personalised minecraft wall sticker for my son. It arrived and I was happy with the product until I noticed my son's names was spelt incorrectly. Mistakes happen sometimes so I contacted them and was advised that a new version would be sent out the next day, I was happy with this. Nothing ever arrived and when I tried to chase it up on 3 further occasions I was ignored. I had to request a refund through PayPal in the end when I would have just been happy with the correct item being sent. I wouldn't use them again, the disappointed look on my son's face when he realised he couldn't have his name up wasn't nice.

Ordered a wallet for my son, vinyls direct have happily taken my payment yet 6 weeks later no wallet to be seen! I never received a confirmation email so can't track my order and have made contact with numerous emails which go unanswered except once, when they stated they dispatch within 5-7 days so I should have received my order already. No apologies, no resolution to my problem and no answer to any of my phone calls or answer machine messages. Terrible service, will never shop with them again.

Great range of football decals via this website, wanted a football theme for my sons bedroom and found some great ones here, ordered and came within around a week i noticed they didn't charge for delivery as well which made the price even better.

The minecraft vinyl was fine, and my son loves it. But the ps3 logo with my daughters name on wasn't. Didn't have enough stickiness to it and was badly creased. Couldn't use it in the end. I've used proper vinyl's in the past i.e. on my motorbike and These ones are ok but more like made from insulation vinyl. It was an hit and miss for me but losing £15 pounds on a vinyl aint woth ordering from them again. Did go through their complaint procedure on their website but got no reply and did try ringing them on two different occasions but no answer their.
