QUALITY SLATE is a company we used once before. The sign was good but expensive. We returned for more slates. They never came. They never answer the phone. We have sent emails and they do not reply. They took our £50 and have not yet supplied. They are now going to be threatened with legal action. They are a disgrace and I can stress enough not to be used under any circumstance. They said the original signs were lost by the courier. We sent emails asking for the courier details to discuss but again no reply.
We will be taking g action against them out of principle even if I costs us money. We have never been treated so badly.
Watchdog will be contacted.
