Shocking Customer Service - & no-one seems to care.

A sorry tale of woe which appears to be repeating given the other reviews I have now found. In short don't use these guys. Sound slick and efficient but clearly they are not and quite unpleasant when you try to sort things out.
Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Part of my order from Packingboxes.co.uk included 5 wardrobe boxes. I am moving tomorrow 24/7/15 and discovered this Tuesday that the wardrobe boxes had no rails. I immediately called Packingboxes. They don't always answer the phone and the message mailbox is full. The first person I spoke to said they would get someone to call back - never happened. The second person I spoke to said they would courier the product up with royal mail to make sure I received it. They sent it with Yodel. In chasing my order staff at the company insisted they had fulfilled their obligation once it was despatched! Still not received it having spent a day chasing Yodel. Horrendous service, ABSENT MANAGEMENT.
