Delivery did arrive next day, although very late in the evening after having waited in all day (but I blame the dreadful Yodel for that). Tape, and marker pen not in package. Have emailed them (no reply), phoned (no reply), and phoned again. The girl on the other end of the phone was not interested at all and would not sort out my problem, just saying they would be in touch at some point (I'm not even sure if I believe that). Am considering taking matter up with credit card company.
