Unhelpful staff & terrible delivery service

Shocking service!

We paid extra for a Saturday delivery, waited around all day, and it did not arrive. Offices are closed over the weekends, so hoping it was just delayed I spent Monday at home waiting for it. When it did not arrive, I called and was told it had been “lost in transit” and they would issue another for delivery on Tuesday.

The new tracking number did not work, and when I called later on Tuesday, they said it had been “sent to the wrong depot”. Very frustrated, I asked to cancel the order, and was told that would cost me £15 as they had already despatched it (which I very much doubt). I requested a refund on the delivery charge and changed the delivery address to my office to avoid missing any more work. When it was finally delivered, it went to my home address (not my office) and as I was at work, it went to a neighbour. Not helpful!

Order arrived at 7.30pm on Wednesday to a neighbour – 5 days late and to the wrong address – leaving us just one evening to pack our belongings before we moved house.

Unhelpful staff, and a terrible delivery service – I would not recommend at all.
