I ordered two Henley PICNIC BACKPACKS as gifts for my daughters and allowed 14 days for delivery. I also contacted them by email to ensure the order had been placed correctly and they assured me the items were in the warehouse ready to be dispatched. The parcels arrived 10 days later but they SENT WICKER PICNIC HAMPERS instead.TOTALLY DIFFERENT THING! I phoned customer service at 10p per minute and was told I had entered the incorrect code.
