The MS Eurodam is a remarkable ship, but it requires improvements. I had a good time but far from an excellent time. The last two hours, one had to wait in order to vacate the ship. We were greatly disturbed by staff members, who had to clean the cabin, while we had to wait. An undignified

Overall good first experience. I think I would like it better if I went with a group that didn't think of meal time as a feeding frenzy however. I will definitely opt for private dining next time. Congtats on a beautiful ship!!

The photographers on the MS Eurodam suggested groups to stand and pose on stairway. When asked if there are other locations on ship that would be suitable, they could not offer any suggestions.I thought the color scheme of the ship was drab. The walls have pale green wall paper, the carpet is utility brown/gray. The 2-seater couch in the cabin is olive green. Scenery was beautiful. Stops at towns on Rhine and Mossel were worthwhile. Princess Christina was old and sad. Space was limited. Double cabins were made for singles. I did not think the ship was cosy, show lounge and shopping centre were horrible, long waiting lines everywhere. Is this size the standard for the future? Goodbye to Statendam, Zaandam, Rotterdam and all those fine ships.
I felt the prelude cruise did not give value for money: only two shows, no information from the captain, too much attention for the vips on board. ...
