    I loved Holland America Line, MS Eurodam ship, the crew, the food, the entertainment, and everything else!!!     the organization on board was awful, the buffet system where you have to que then give your order, then find a table and wait for your food gives you very little choice of food,service was awful. we would never sail with Holland America again
    entertainment was very dated!

    Our room service was a terrible. We waited 2 hours for ice for our Champagne on my husbands birthday (they were told it was his birthday) and the ice never came we went and got it ourselves.     Holland America is the best value and the most dedicated to customer service. Their homepage advertises "Wishes being granted even before they are spoken" is absolutely true.
