I have been shopping at my local Shrewsbury store for a long time, but 2 assistants who seem to be fairly recent just totally ignore customers queing at the counter (even if they are just stocking shelves) or act as though the customers are a huge inconvenience. The last time I visited, the ...

Don't be fooled by Holland and Barrett, nice looking website but don't deliver as promised. Product out of stock had to wait ages, should have been told this before ordering... Will be going elsewhere next time.

I bought Holland and Barrett own brand probiotic- acidophillus chewable tablets and have caused me with chronic cramps, bloating and wind. I tried to exchange them with alternative tablets and was completely blanked by the store. I will never go there again- vey poor quality controlled products.
