We like you, booked lakeland and then read all these reviews saying bad service and we were a little bit worried.

I strongly disagree with every single bad review regarding Lakeland it was fantastic one of the best parks, I have ever been to and I have been to more than i can remember.

Our stay was the most chilled out break ever, we made a point of trying everything the park could offer and the pool is brand new, the showers and toilets are brand new entertainment was great something for everybody.

The only downside, were the security didn't really make us feel secure, they were either quite old or non existent,which in a way wasn't really a bad thing but one to watch.

During our stay it was the Owners Exclusive summer ball, which meant that all the people that had been fleeced into weekly payment schemes to pay £100 per month for the next 40 years for alledged ownership to be able to ponce around with dicky bows on and prom dresses as if they owned the actual venues and the land which they were built on,was actually quite funny to watch.

but please give Lakeland a chance the staff work hard to make sure you and your family enjoy your holiday.

To sum it up

Great park
Clean (and if not clean you tell someone and they upgrade you on the spot for free)
plenty to do

Fantastic staff (especially Dave warden on the touring top bloke deserves a promotion)


ignore the bad reviews give it a go touring camping or renting caravan
