just got back pontins prestayn.myself and child age 13 wasnt looking forward to this after reading some reviews yes chalets are basic food okey camp in need of modernising ,but overall great value for money .we didnt stop camp in day weather was fantastic neraby beach lovely just went back for mealtimes really enjoyed prestayn pontins does need be more clean but maybe if people stoppin there stopped throwing rubbish and treating chalets with more respect there wouncnt be a promblem.

You cant be serious? Do you work for Pontins? have you been made to write this to keep your job? there is no way you would consider that place for a holiday, the security there is needed to keep you in the place! the first car we saw in the morning was the Police... the place is a Hell Hole "you would not keep pigs there"? the advert at the gates is that there is a pound shop on site, "WOW" Brilliant that would make anyones holiday!!! and start again, back to the drawing board PONTINS..
