“Absolutely awefull !!”

We visited this park as part of a newspaper promotion and even upgraded to a higher standard of accommodation in anticipation of a good holiday.Oh how wrong we were, the park had no atmosphere,very limited entertainment which meant my two kids were totally bored. We had been on many happy holidays with haven so i wrote to complain and it took them 2 months to give me a reply!! that,s customer service for you !! their reply was that it is advertised as a quieter park....YES but it isn,t advertised as having very little entertainment...as the staff being very unfreindly and looking like they don,t even want to be there...and there was also no mention that the local kids from eyemouth would be in the very tiny entertainment space running riot unsupervised with a bat and ball. And to top it all iv received a brochure from them advertising holidays for next year....no thanks !!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!! I am now fowoillng you via networked blog and GFC. I just love your Christmas lay out ;) Sorry i can't help with the kids on break issue, LOL I only have 2 dogs :)
