I am sorry to report I had the same experience as the other two reviewers. I wish I had seen their reviews first! I booked my best friends Hen Party via Hen Heaven (sister company to The Stag Company) in June 2012. They have a very well trained team of liars in their pre-sales team, who do a sweet job of convincing you they are going to take all of the hassle out of arranging the do - you won't have the problem of participants pulling out and being stuck with their share of the costs etc.... “DO NOT USE THE STAG COMPANY!”

I booked my husband's stag do through The Stag Company, as I had booked my own hen do throught their sister company, Hen Heaven. I was told that because we both booked, once we paid all our money we would both get our places refunded. After 5 months of emails and phonecalls being ignored, being lied to and appalling customer service I got the refunds but had to threaten legal action to get it! Do not use they are quick to take your money but do not care about their customers afterwards. (read more)

“A very bad experience - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

I booked my stag weekend package with this company and was assured that I would be getting exactly what was discussed on the phone. They messed up the hotel and instead of 3* they changed my package to a 2* without telling me. When I called to discuss this I was treated rudely and hung up on!
