I recently arranged a stag do with this company and 10 weeks before the weekend the stag found out that his son was diagnosed with cancer. I called to cancel and under the circumstances asked for the deposit (£100) to be refunded or donated in full to a cancer charity. It wasn't about the money, more about the circumstances. I was simply quoated the T & C's. To be honest I was happy for them to cover their admin costs which at this stage is minimal and the rest donated but clearly they are just money grabbing. I would not recommend, simply on this disgusting response to an unavoidable situation. The couple are not even getting married for at least a further 2 years. Shocking response from any organisation. The coach company refunded in full.
