We were initially hesitant to go with an agency, but the girls at GoHen were experienced professionals, who understood our needs and tailored a package that suited our budget. They took away all the stress of organising such an important weekend. “Constantly harassed ”

I only asked for a quote and got constantly emailed with rubbish. Firstly by Becky who I'd told I would contact if I decided to go with them as I was waiting on final numbers. I then asked her to take my details off the database so she apologised, only to receive emails from Matt days later. Was absurd. Still getting emails even though the hen do was weeks ago. (read more)

Hi - I'm the MD here and I'm very sorry to see this review. We do not harrass clients in the slightest, we are an very easy going, client focused company. We are not in the least bit over sell as is indicated above, and after years of following client briefs (over 230k clients since 2002) we hope we have a formula that meets client needs, whilst providing just the right balance of professional follow up. We had a fantastic time, the hotel and facilities were great. We all enjoyed the cocktail making class immensely and the Italian restaurant and meal was fab. Very good value for money. I would definately recommend GoHen. (read more)

“Excellent value for money”

My rating for GoHen would be a definite 5, made the planning of my sisters hen party last year so much easier. I actually recommended you to a friend who went ahead and booked with you and I just got back from her hen night in Leeds this weekend and again – no faults EXCELLENT value for money which everyone commented on……the hotels on both hen weekends were fab, both top named hotels and the activities were 2nd to none, every single person enjoyed every minute. Hi, Bothe events were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The bollywood instructor was brilliant, enthusiastic and went at a pace where we could all learn. The art instructor was also top notch, and really taught at a perfect pace for all levels of drawers! The nude man wasn't too bad either! ; ) overall very happy with the service that was provided throughout, and everything went to plan concerning timings and venues etc. Would use Gohen in the future! I dealt with GoHen to arrange my friends hen in Cardiff. They was great. I would totally recommend GoHen if tasked with planning another night. “Great Weekend In Liverpool”

My account manager Poppy was very helpful and did everything possible to ensure I got everything I needed out of my hen night booking with gohen. I had to postpone my wedding from 2011, which meant I also had to do the same with my hen do, Poppy was very helpful with this and took away the stress of having to re-organise my hen night. What a superb weekend!! I am so pleased that I chose to book with GoHen for my sisters Hen weekend! As the maid of honour and being super organised I booked it in December which really helped as it meant everyone only needed to pay for drinks once we got there so that was really good. With only 8 of the girls able to make the weekend I was a bit worried that we might be not have as much fun as a bigger party, but how wrong I was! “Birming-HAN”

Cardiff girls embarked on a hen Doo in Birmingham! Cardiff is one of the top Hen Doo destinations so we were up against in this location! 80's dance & cocktail making were our events! Poppy from Go hen took care of all the details after I made my event requests. All the planning taken car eof, it was a fab weekend! From then on all the communications were smooth sailing with any member of the go hen team. What a fantastic weekend! I really couldn’t fault it. We had an issue with the meal we had booked in that the restaurant had no record of us having paid however, that wasn’t the fault of Go-Hen it was down to lack of communication at the restaurant where they had had a changeover of managers. I recently booked a weekend of hen activities in Cheltenham through Go Hen. When we went on this pre-booked weekend numerous parts of it were not as ‘sold’ to us. We were really disappointed. Our initial shock was turning up to a class for 80’s dancing to be told the instructor had been booked to teach Burlesque. We value all Client feedback and in every single instance we review issues to see how we may improve, we fully understand the importance of the Client experience and strive to maintain the highest standards in the industry. That this feedback is unfairly negative we feel it is absolutely necessary to respond. Every single element of the weekend was delivered, as with all jobs we hold complete written confirmations in our event files, each Client receives a dedicated account manager from the start so the Client is highly serviced. The very minor grudges within this commentary are beyond our control and where applicable were all immediately sorted, To address the points in order ...
- the Client changed her original booking from Bournemouth to Cheltenham, unfortunately due to local admin changes the dance routine was momentarily confused with another but quickly reverted to the 80's routine on the group's arrival to which the Client confirmed in a follow up telephone conversation with our GoHen Event Manager (Lizzie Froud) she was very satisfied. You'll notice the Client does not maintain the class wasn't delivered. Someone at GoHen was available immediately to talk to and the matter was rectified immediately. She even received a refund on top of this by way of further commitment to service.
- a pre-set menu is standard and the Client was fully aware of this as the group should have been in advance, as we receive no group email addresses it was the Client's sole responsibility to communicate this to the group and unfortunately it seems this was not done.

The menus were provided by the restaurant for additional review in case they may be interested in ordering additional items e.g. drinks, over which we have no control. The easiest thing to do would have been for the Client to explain the meal deal she had selected as part of the package to the group so they were aware in advance. We cannot be held accountable if the Client does not explain to the remainder of the group. The complaint is about the group being given menus and then creating confusion, very much outside of our control and sorted on site. You'll notice also that the Client does not state the meal wasn't paid for.
- the club was booked and confirmed, they were fully aware of the booking and we use this club regularly and have not encountered entry problems with other groups or evidence of negative feedback that the Client suggests. Hundreds of groups have enjoyed this club without incident and we would not be using it if it was not satisfactory.
- the Client was aware of all elements of the quote and this high quality hotel, full details having been sent in advance including that car parking is available on site at an additional fee. Had the Client wanted to pre-book parking then it could have easily be arranged alternatively she could have arranged to park near the hotel and not in the hotel car park.
- with the Sunday and the Bank Holiday Monday on which the office was closed we were unable to receive the Client's email or call back until the Tuesday. We would hope that most Clients would consider that reasonable.
