My account manager Poppy was very helpful and did everything possible to ensure I got everything I needed out of my hen night booking with gohen. I had to postpone my wedding from 2011, which meant I also had to do the same with my hen do, Poppy was very helpful with this and took away the stress of having to re-organise my hen night. Any questions I had were answered quickly and any extra's a I asked for were accommodated without any hassle. The accommodation and spa facilities were fantastic, as were the beauticians that carried out our treatments. We had 10 twin rooms in the marriot hotel in glasgow, they were all spotless with 2 double beds in each room.
The meal was excellent as was the service, the comedy show was fab and the hospitality from the staff in the nightclub was great, I pre-ordered vip drinks packages and asked for seats to be reserved, although we had to go and ask for our drinks package to be brought to our reserved seating area I understand the delay was due to how busy the bar was and the staff were as attentive as they could be. My party planner at the club also managed to secure us a private seating area in one of there bars, which was fantastic and when we arrived the table's were set out with cupcakes, an added extra that I wasn't expecting.
Check out wasn't till 12, which was fantastic as we all had a late night, amazingly breakfast was served until 12 as well!
I would definitely use goHen again if the opportunity to do so ever comes up!
All in all a great time was had by all and the excellent value for money topped it off!!
