“Impossible to contact”

Ive had the chilli sauce review on my screen for two days waiting for a call back from them to discuss my stag night.
They don't seem interested once the money has been paid and the stag has actually taken place.
left voice mails, emails, tried to speak to other agents.
nothing.
wont even return a call.
im trying to hold back leaving a detailed review to give them a chance to speak to me and rectify any problems but if they wont call me back then I will edit this review tomorrow.
