We bought this Comfyair Panel Heater for our new conservatory in January 2011. It broke down within the warranty and it was replaced by the company. Then after the warranty ran out it broke down again. It was the element at fault, both times. We have replaced it with another brand. We paid over £150 for it and we thought it would last many years. How wrong it turned out to be! When it worked it was just about OK but the controls were not user friendly and we had to use the manual every time to adjust the timer. It was not easy to use. So then, two reasons to review it; the breakdowns and not easy to use the controls. It was a waste of time and money, and a total disappointment. This item is still on sale and still quite expensive. I would not recommend anyone to buy one but if they do then I would advise having it checked over by a qualified electrician as soon as possible.
