“Stay away a company with no morals ”

Recently booked 12 sessions with + 1 foc = £269 Received 6 sessions company then went bust & I received this info by text! Have sent a letter & email to company, surprise surprise no contact. Consultant in Cambridge was lovely she is owed money by company. Clever girl so took the machine with her until she is paid!! Have now contacted C/A Trading standards & watch dog... PLEASE EVERY ONE WHO IS OWED MONEY OR TREATMENTS CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS VIA EMAIL OR PHONE TO COMPLAIN SO THIS COMPANY DOESN'T START AGAIN UNDER ANOTHER NAME & RIP OFF OTHERS Thank you

“Avoid like the plague”

I have had the same problem as most of the other reviewers they tried to sign my up for 24 sessions opted for 18 went to first a serviced office young girl took my details gave me a 20 minute session she was a model she told me had no interest in the job and hopped to get another job soon; next session she told me she was leaving and somebody would be in touch for my next session, I got a text advising next session cancelled not heard since can not get in touch with the company. Annoyed as they did a big spread in the local free paper in Chelmsford with testimonials etc If there is a group approach to be made count me in

“Had a responce from citizens advice”

Hi everyone, I've just checked my email and I've had a very long winded email from citizens advice, they have passed my info onto Cambs and Coventry trading standards for further consideration. Also the details will be put on a central data base that can be accessed by the whole of trading standards in the UK. Individual complaints do not necessarily lead to immediate enforcement, sometimes it takes a number of complaints to take effective action. they also suggest contacting Action fraud on 03001232040 or via there website actionfraud.police.uk They are also suggesting trying to claim back money from my bank through a chargeback scheme, I've already tried to claim the money from the bank and had no luck, but maybe some of you might be lucky. Even if they can't give you a refund they might be able to give you more info on the trader that took our money,which may help you pursue a civil claim. They are saying that the address Rapid inch loss has given to write to isn't valid and to try and find another address and to send them a letter by recorded delivery. I have already done this and have tracked the letter which has been signed for. I think I'm going to go and speak to someone at citizens advice centre it might be a bit easier.

“Gone bust -DO NOT USE”

I booked 6 appointments back in May 2013 for £149, went to the first one at the Milton Keynes office and told to go to a reception on the 4th floor. Was quite embarrassing as it was a general reception for the building used by many different companies, anyway they didn't have details of my appointment but told me they had called in sick. I rang the number and they re-arranged my appointment. My second appointment day comes and i get a text saying they are still having problems and the same with the next one. No one was picking up the phone and I was getting no response to emails, i have since found that the company has ceased trading and I am out of pocket. I have written to them but doubt i will hear anything, it was an expensive lesson to learn!

I had the same problem, they took £269 from me on Monday 17th June and the following Monday was my first appointment, no one was there when I arrived, couldn't get hold of anyone and none of my emails or phone calls were returned.By the Tuesday they has ceased trading. I have also written to them and wont be holding my breath. By pure coincidence by niece was at a family do that the lady who was meant to be doing my treatments was at and they got talking about it. She went on holiday and came back to find the place locked and the landlord said the room had been cleared and he had changed the locks as they hadn't paid the rent. All her personal belongings had gone and they owe her £1500. Ive emailed Trading standards as she advised as they told her now an emplyee had contacted them there was more chance of a case. The more complaints they get the better it is so PLEASE eveyone that has been taken for a mug contact trading standards. Its so easy to email them, you just have to fill in a form.

Paid for 24 sessions at the rapid inch loss in dudley after 8 sessions i was told there was a special offer on so i booked 6 more sessions i went for my next session but was told by the receptionist that they were closed until further notice as the rent hadn't been paid have tried to contact head office via phone & email with no success

“don't use!”

went for my 1st couple of treatments and yes they did work, however now the company seems to have totally disappeared, not answering phones, not answering emails and room i went to has been cleared out! don't use this company or any of the other names it seems to be going by!

I would not recommend this to anyone. I paid £500.00 and booked the first 3 appointments and on the first visit no ond turned up. I tried calling, leaving messages and an email for a week and still no reply. I have been told by solicitors in the building which they are renting that there has been several people who have the same story paid and no one shows up.

“Company gone bust by look of things”

Absolutely discusting as I turned up for 2 app this week and no one was there. No message about cancelling this time. Then today one of the employees told me that she went to the branch and everything was gone and so in other branches. She went to report them to the police and so was I, but apparently it's not a case for them but for Trading Standards. The police confirmed that it looks like the company gone bust. Everyone pls pls we need to all get together so we can get our money back. I want to take them to Watchdog but think I might need more ppl.

“absolute scam of a company !!!”

do not use this company really really bad , the 2 girls that done the treatment were lovely just not very comited to there job unfortunately, as on 3 appointments i had no one was there first time i received a message on my home phone but didnt know so i went anyway then twice in one week no one there the staff on the phone when i complained, she was very rude clearly needs to learn good customer service! even tried telling me on the 3rd occasssion that she knew for a fact someone was there that day , yet when i rang again and spoke to a second later she said that the huntingdon machine had broken that day!! i have asked that the main manager ring me back () was promised he would on 3 occassions i requested this but nothing no one has rearranged my appointments still 3 outstanding i have emailed requesting refund now and no reply , one thing i dont like is being made a mug off gutted really what should i do nowwww ??????????? steer clear /

“Horrible organization don't go!”

The ladies who do the treatment at the centre are lovely,but it is horribly disorganised and I will not recomend it to anyone. The cancelled your appoinment whenever they want and later they give you a number to call that none picks up. You have to give them 24 hours notice to cancel the appoinment and they call you on the day, or text you which is very personal and they really make you feel as if they care about you, not really obviously! Don't waste your time,energy and money trying to call them as you are wasting your time!

totally agree , absolute rubbish company , 3 times i turnt up for appointment no one there 1st time they had left a message on my house phone but didnt notice so went any way ac ouple of weeks later on the tue noone there no calls or messgaed left same 2 days later they still owe me 3 sessions and i cant get hold of them as they dont return calls or emails the email they advertise is the wrong addy, if they havnt changed by now as they havnt emailed back , theres a surprise i am not letting it go they have been gevin the chance to refund me or i will make this public knowledge do not touch them wth a barge pole ,still fuming , if anyone can tell me what to do next would appreciate it

I seen this advertised on the local paper was unsure so called up after a long chat i booked into the enfield clinic for 12 sessions at £269 plus one free this was to lose up to one dress on my mummy tummy i went along my consultant was lovley made me feel at ease i explained i was getting married and needed help!! After 6 sessions i could see a good diffrence i decided to upgraded to 18 sessions and had my hips focused on to.i lost more than a dress size. I was suprised it was pain free and i looked forward to my weekly treatment and a gossip with my consultant Im now at the end of my 18 im very happy and looking forward to my wedding and think im going to go back for some on my bum and thighs before my next holiday Only side affect is i needed toilet a little more often Would and have recommended this to everyone!!
