Dirty, not worth a pence. Manicure with very old make polish and i can do it better in the traffic going to work, Antyagening facial massage, a mask for a pound from supermarket....
AVOID ... needed wait 3 months from purchase.... (groupon).

" Horrible experience" --- AVOID

I had a so called facial and back massage, which I stupidly paid £45. As a result I now can buy a new pair of trousers as the couch was oily and ruined my clothes.
When I have raised my concern to the girl there she stated that they dont use oil, it was 'only cream' on my clothes, which will wash off.

Funnily, 15 minutes before she asked whether I preferred oil or cream for the back massage!
The treatment also has been cut short, place seemed dirty and during the 'relaxing treatment' someone banged on the door and the 'therapist' girl left the room for some time. Apparently something happened downstairs...

The whole experience was unrateable, the manager was rude and put down the phone when I called back and explained that the 'cream/ oil' never washed out and they ruined my clohtes.

He did'nt want to know and said I should have said it there and then ( which I did!!!!). He didnt want to know. I was very stupid paying full £45 for this kind of 'treatment' and not checking out the reviews before. Hope that other people check the comments about the place and choose a decent salon instead!
