I was highly unimpressed with the service I received. Other reviews are correct in that the clinic is in a cramped, unsterile room which is not what I was expecting. I was expecting to be treated by a qualified dentist as the voucher I used had the Dental Medical Council's number on it, however, I was treated by someone who appeared to be a receptionist. The first half of the treatment left me with a couple of small white marks on my teeth (which have begun to fade thank goodness after a month!). When I asked the receptionist about this she just said 'Yeah, it's called fluorosis, that can happen.' She could offer no further advice or even sympathy. I really would not recommend this clinic - please keep looking for a more professional place where you will be treated by someone who is qualified.

Worse place ever do not trust, rude, does not use clinical nor does she use professional products! Terrible and she is being reported do not go to this woman....I would not pay a penny for her.

This was my first time having my teeth whitened. When I got to the street I was struggling to find number 6. I called the allure clinic and the dentist was really rude on the phone explaining directions to me. When I walked into the building she was waiting upstairs. When I walked in to the room I was looking around, she asked me what am I looking at? I said just doesn't look what I expected to which she replied for £70 what do you expect? Then when I sat down her attidude was extremely rude towards me, she made racist remarks that actually left me gob smacked! Her customer was terrible and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My teeth was not even that white in the end.

Horrendous service, no results, the 'owner' who was meant to do my procedure has awful attitude. I complained via email twice and got no response. So I called only to get told to leave a bad review as she isn't interested in giving me money back or even apologizing. Waste of money and time! And she, she is a waste of breath

Turned up 15mins early and went to reception as instructed. Reception then sent me to the fourth floor where I was to wait in the lobby where someone would come to collect me. My appointment time came and went, 15mins later my mobile phone rang and some woman from allure went off on one.......claiming she had buzzed me into the building 15mins ago (she hadn't) and she was waiting on me on the second floor. Continuing her rant she said it was too late now and she was going to have to re-schedule my appointment which she wanted to do over the phone. I hadn't got a word in at this point, so I stopped her in an attempt to explain the facts and that a reschedule was no good as my wedding was in a couple of days and she accussed me of being rude. I said it was a scheme and she hung up on me. On reflection I doubt she was even in the building (my appointment was for 5.30). Having read the reviews though, I'm glad I didn't get the treatment in the end as it sounds like a complete sham and a dangerous one at that.

I am very traumatised and distressed with the recent experience I received at Harley Street Allure. I am a medical doctor and am deeply concerned that this type of company exists and afraid unaware members of public would have to experience this without knowing any better. During the appointment I was asked to read a small print piece of paper supposedly providing all the details of the procedure (LED teeth whitening), this was riddled with spelling mistakes and poor grammar. As soon as I walked into the room, I was ordered to lie on the bed and put on a bib. The procedure was not explained properly at all and then a plastic gum shield was suddenly sprung on me demanding me to put it into my mouth. I placed it into my mouth not understanding what was going on and tried to remove it to ask a question. CW (the technician) then started shouting at me to keep the mouth piece in and when I motioned if I could write a question down she ignored me and continued to be dismissive and rude. In exasperation I waved my hand and gave up. She then started to shout at me saying I was a challenging patient and should have read all the instructions on the piece of paper she had given me. After the initial treatment, she started to bark orders at me rudely not asking about the previous questions I had. I asked if she treated all her patients in this manner and she quickly became aggressive and started shouting "only at challenging patients", "you should have behaved like the previous patient, she was did exactly as she was told". I tried my best to reason with her illogical argument and out of the blue she shouted "I'm terminating this session, get out, get out!" At this point I was so shocked and upset, I got up quickly and left. After the door closed she then ran out after me in the corridor, shouting obscenities and further abuse. Her behaviour was psychotic in nature and threatening. I have now read several reviews about her "bogus" clinics previously set up as "Miami White" and truly feel for the all the people who have suffered under this. Please avoid at all costs.

Same people as miami white who used to be in Camden . Rude arrogant and totally unqualified. If you want a sore mouth then go pick a fight in a pub it's cheaper.

I had my teeth whitened yesterday through a groupon deal - the treatment has practically made no difference, my gums and teeth are still in pain, the assistant was rude and defensive when I complained at the lack of results. My teeth actually look worse then when I started - very pathy and discoloured. Avoid at all costs.. am going to proceed with an official complaint to groupon!!

Avoid at all cost. Extremely unfriendly staff. I booked an appointment which was canceled without consulting me. I had no reply to my email requesting to rearrange that appointment. Everytime I called I had to leave a message. Finally I left a message that I am not impressed with the service and received a very disturbing call back.I informed groupon about the incident and claimed my money back. Horrible attitude, she was actually shouting at me and put the telephone down on me.

This is NOT a legitimate practice! It uses home whitening equipment and charges over the odds for it! The level of service was appalling including the staff being extremely rude. In addition the staff are not properly trained, something that is ILLEGAL. It has been reported to the General Dental Council and you should not waste your hard earned money or time going there before it is shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had my teeth whitened at the Harley Street Allure Clinic Yesterday in london and I achieved excellent results. I would definitely recommend to others, staff were very pleasant and welcoming, Harley Street is located at the back of oxford street and quite close to the tube station.
