Been member of greens nearly since it opened.
The previous manager was very friendly, approachable and that reflected in the management staff.
since the new manager took over everything has gone downhill.
My renewal came up but found the manager unavailable who never returned calls on time and the membership staff very arrogant and at one point did not even have the manners to come out of her office to discuss my renewal instead had her colleague to act as a messenger. The major negligence that came to surface was that my bank account was accessed and my annual membership was taken without my permission!!!!
when challenged sorry was the reply, i explained i have never paid my renewal by direct debit apart from £10 every month and therefore was appalled by negligence.
I am no longer a member. it is very clear that the management is too busy chasing new members whilst they do not respect or appreciate our years of loyal custom. It makes you wonder if management would treat customers in the same way if it was there own business.
