I have a claim to go in but have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a claim form out of them. I ordered one online in good time for my dental appointment which did not come, I contacted their customer services and it still has not come. I am now getting very annoyed and frustrated with them because they are not doing their job properly for the money they take from me each month. I am not sure if this is come kind of delaying tactic or what but it is seriously starting to wind me up and making me think of using another provider.
