As someone in business who gets many telephone calls per week with people trying to sell me something or other, I am experienced at receiving them. Most I dismiss. However, the chap I dealt with at this company (initials S.M) really was top class. He answered all my queries and on the one point he needed to check out with another department, he got straight back to me as he said he would. It really was a pleasure to have dealt with him on my and my Wife and Son's Health Policy and I told him so. Well done, a very good business experience speaking as someone that doesn't hand out compliments easily unless they are justified. Those compliments certainly were here. Well done!
