I chose Health Online due to the excellent Customer Service I received from them whilst I was making up my mind. The advisor was patient and helpful and could not do enough for me. I did not feel pressured in any way and when I asked her to call me back at a specific time she did so. She even put me on hold for 5 minutes whilst I sorted something out at home so we could continue the call without having to go through the security again. Fantastic Service.
