I have recently needed an operation which involved some outpatient appointments, tests and finally surgery. I have to say the way Health On Line supported me throughout the whole process was just brilliant. They responded to my questions in really good time and offered me guidance when I needed it. My final claim was also dealt with very professionally. He was very caring and supportive. I can't praise him and the whole claims team highly enough.
When you are not well, you just want your problem fixed. If along the way your insurance company helps you by making it easy for you to process your claim then that really makes a huge difference.
Well done and congratulations to the Claims team.
